The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

July 2

At 12:24 a.m. police received a report of a firecracker stand at Ponca Lake was robbed by a juvenile in a silver Malibu. Police determined that no robbery occurred. KSO was advised and a BOLO was issued for the vehicle.

At 12:59 a.m. police arrested six juveniles near Larkspur and Kygar. All were released to their parents.

At 8:22 a.m. police responded to a two-vehicle accident at Hartford and Pecan.

At 8:50 a.m. police received a report of two abandoned bikes at Unity Gym. They were picked up.

At 9:48 a.m. police took a report on a minor accident involving a fire truck. 

Mary Deanna Hagar

At 9:50 a.m. police arrested Mary Hagar on warrants at Highland and Palm. She was booked in the county jail on drug and burglary charges.

At 11:08 a.m. police took a report on vandalism done to a parole and probation vehicle.

At 12:11 p.m. Paris, Arkansas police contacted PCPD and requested options on a suspect vehicle why were with that reportedly was registered to an address on El Camino in Ponca City.

At 3:34 p.m. police arrested Sanda Wyatt on an Osage County hold at 7th and Hartford. Wyatt requested to go to the ER. Osage County dropped the hold and Wyatt was released on scene.

Jakeual Aaron Delaney

At 7:27 p.m. police arrested Jakeual Aaron Delaney for possession of medical marijuana with out a license.

At 7:44 p.m. police received a report of a hit and run at Pecan and Kelly. A silver Camry reportedly left the scene with front end damage.

At 9:15 p.m. police received a report that fugitive Michael Johnathon Lucas, 33, was in the 800 block of north Second Street. Lucas reportedly jumped some fences and left.

July 3

At 12:02 a.m. police arrested Charles Loren Winbolt on a failure to wear a seatbelt warrant at 14th and Elmwood.

At 1 a.m. police arrested Sage Sawyer at Hobby Lobby for unlawful entry and possession of a CDS.

At 6:20 a.m. police received a report of a stolen vehicle from the 1100 block of Princeton. A 2011 maroon Cadillac SRX with a large scratch on the passenger door was reportedly stolen between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.. A 7:54 a.m. the vehicle was located near 20 Road and 11 Mile Road under the Kaw Dam.

At 9:07 a.m. a stolen vehicle was located in the 500 block of west Hartford.

At 9:15 a.m. police arrested Marshall Collins on city warrants in the 3300 block of El Camino.

At 2:04 p.m. police responded to a three-vehicle accident at 14th and Highland.

At 2:27 p.m. police received a report on slashed tires at 733 north Oak. Options were given.

At 9:50 p.m. police took a report on a rock thrown through a car window in the 100 block of east Hazel.

July 4

At 1:40 a.m. police responded to a report of a fight near Frack It involving up to 10 people. The parties were separated.

At 4:35 a.m. police arrested Spencer Michael Sawyer on a domestic charge in the 800 block of north Pine.

At 1:19 p.m. police arrested Donald Thomas Blubaugh on a stalking charge in the 300 block of west Grand.

At 3:41 p.m. police responded to Integris Health for a report of a subject assaulting a Grand Lakes worker. The subject was transported by Grand Lakes.

At 8:49 p.m. police received a report of a male subject shot in the 900 block of east Drummond. Air Evac transported the shooting victim to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kan. Police report that no one would cooperate with police.

Most of the day police responded to many reports of people shooting fireworks. The callers described these people as irresponsible adults, inconsiderate people shooting dang fireworks, intoxicated, and many other adjectives. 

At 10:17 p.m. police responded to a report of a male subject beating on his vehicle in the 100 block of Detroit. He was yelling that he needed help. Police located the man hiding by a building. After a few minutes he said he was no longer scared.

At 10:24 p.m. police received a report of a subject carrying an aggressive pit bull. At 10:52 p.m. the male called back and said he was being chased and that he was hiding behind the bus barn. His sister was notified and gave him a ride home.

At 11:05 p.m. a resident in the 500 block of north 11th Street called dispatch and said, “Listen I’m trying to sleep.” The man reported fireworks in the area and said he would call every time they were shot.

At 11:06 p.m. police responded to Jiffy Trip for a report of a fight in progress. The suspect reportedly left in a Nissan.

July 5

At 8:34 a.m. police took  report on a wallet stolen from a vehicle in the 1600 block of Prentice.

At 3 p.m. police arrested Mitchell Leland Douglas in the area of Union and Gary for public intoxication.

At 3:27 p.m. police responded to the 700 block of north Elm for a neighbor dispute over parking. 

At 3:41 p.m. police responded to the 700 block of north Elm for a report of damage to a 42,000 vehicle. Options were given.

At 4:25 p.m. police arrested Andrew Curtis Longoria on warrants and DUI and Elm and Hazel.

At 5:48 p.m. police received a report of fireworks in the 900 block of north Pine driving puppies nuts.

At 10:35 p.m. police responded to Napoli’s for a report of a subject slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle. Police arrested Kenneth John Williams for DUI and possession of a firearm while intoxicated.

July 6

Ponca City police arrested Rebecca Eileen Rose Quinn Delodge at 6:31 a.m. at Stop N Go, 801 south 14th Street on drug charges.

At 10:49 a.m. police responded to Northern Oklahoma Youth Shelter for a report of a female who locked herself in a bathroom with knives.

At noon police located a stolen vehicle in a field near the Opportunity Village. Osage County returned the vehicle to the owner.

At 1:36 p.m. police received a report of a hit and run at Popeyes.

At 5:02 p.m. an Utah resident reported that a credit card had been stolen and used in Kay County.

At 9:03 p.m. police arrested Christopher Armstrong on a city warrant at America’s Best Value Inn.

July 7

At 2:04 a.m. police responded to a report of a female driver who tried to open a bottle of Corona on the window ledge and dropped the drink. 

July 8

At 12:07 a.m. police responded to Dollar General, 2902 north 14th Street, for a report of someone who threw a brick though the window and enter the store. A juvenile was arrested.

At 4:39 a.m. Wellington Police contacted PCPD about Ronald Cook, who was taken to the Integris. WPD reported that Cook is a missing person in Wellington. Police patrolled the area.

At 9:50 a.m. police responded to Johnson Park on Ash for a report of a subject wrapped in blankets. The subject and his blankets were moved along.

At 12:09 p.m. a caller reported that a semi cut him off. The truck was at Dollar General, 729 north 14th Street. A report was made.

At 12:44 p.m. police received a report that two males took a bank bag from Community National Bank that belongs to Triple T. The white males reportedly left in a black Ford car. A report was made.

At 1:52 p.m. police arrested Timothy Greenfield for flight to avoid Kansas and Joseph Loreto for recommit at Cleveland and Birch.

At 2:34 p.m. police took a report on a vehicle that was shot at McDonald Electric.

At 3:25 p.m. police responded to Timbers Apartments after a caller said her neighbors gossip too loud and too much.

At 3:52 p.m. warrants were confirmed on Hope Adkins.

At 6:41 p.m. police responded to City Hall for a report of juveniles playing in the fountain including a topless female. Police report that the female did have a swim top on.

At 9:21 p.m. police received a report of a two-vehicle accident at Lake and Pecan. No injuries were reported.

At 9:34 p.m.  a caller reported people were shooting fireworks and making her and her dog sick. The caller said her dog threw up. Police checked the 200 block south Washington.

At 10:23 p.m. police arrested Kelly Jones on warrants in the 700 block of north Elm.
