A female told police that two males were in a vehicle and that on of them pointed a gun at her son who was pumping gas.

She told police she stood between the vehicle he was in and her son and that the gun was then pointed at her.

Police contacted the store clerk who said she heard a lady screaming, went outside and saw a gun being pointed at a female.

Police interviewed Logan. He reportedly told police that he pulled his gun because the male subject pumping gas was armed.

Police obtained store video of the incident.

Officers report that they are unable to see a firearm pointed toward the female or the male and are unable to tell of the male pumping gas is armed.

Logan was arrested and is being held on $100,000 bond.
