Perry resident in good condition following motorcycle accident

PERRY — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that a Perry resident is in good condition after hitting a deer while on a motorcycle.

Troopers report that Jeremiah Foster, 43, Perry and a 15-year-old female passenger were on a 2022 Harley Davidson at 6:13 a.m. Saturday, traveling east on U.S. 64 near County Road 190, seven miles east of Perry in Noble County when a deer entered the roadway.

The deer reportedly struck the right side of Foster. 

Foster was airlifted to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City where he is listed in good condition with leg injuries. The teen was not injured.

Troopers cite the cause of the accident as a deer in the roadway and that Foster was not using a helmet but that the teen was.
