The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

May 13

At 8:01 a.m. police responded to West Middle School for a report of a student assaulted on April 19. The caller advised that the PCPS has video of the assault. A report was made.

At 9:10 a.m. police arrested Adrian Elston for larceny of an auto in the 300 block of west Hartford.

At 3:06 p.m. police took a report on a two-vehicle accident in the 900 block of north Pine.

At 3:44 p.m. police responded to the 700 block of south 12th Street after a bus driver reported that a male was lying on a porch while two others were arguing.

At 5:39 p.m. police responded to the 400 block of north Elm for a report of a man with a gun. Police arrested Kyle Anson on Logan County warrants.

At 7:55 p.m. police arrested Christian Wilson in the 500 block of west Otoe on domestic charge.

May 14

At 9:46 a.m. a resident contact police and report that someone was using her name to obtain ambulance services. Options were given.

At 1:20 p.m. police took a child abuse report at the high school.

At 1:48 p.m. a bonds person notified police that fugitive Herbert Primeaux was northbound near Elm and Highland. He was arrested on warrants.

At 2:20 p.m. Probation and Parole confirmed warrants on Tyron Gaston.

At 5:06 p.m. police took a report on a two-vehicle accident at America’s Best Value Inn.

At 9:17 p.m. police arrested Jakeual Delaney near Dan Moran Park.


The following information is provided by Blackwell police.

May 12

At 8:10 a.m. police responded to the 400 block of south 4th Street for a domestic.

At 1:13 p.m. police responded to a hit and run in the 400 block of Dewey.

At 3:55 p.m. police reported that an inmate attempted to hang himself in the jail.

At 5 p.m. Meghan Hollis and Zachary Jehue were transported to the county jail.

At 6:58 p.m. police received a report of a man in a van throwing up on the side of the vehicle as it traveled on I-35 near milemarker 220. OHP responded.

At 8:30 p.m. a resident at Hillcrest Manor reported that staff sexually assaulted her. A report was made.

May 13

At 4:26 a.m. a caller reported that she hydroplaned on Highway 11 near Q Street. A second caller reported that the vehicle was flipped. KSO logs indicate that there were three people in the vehicle.

Blackwell ambulance responded and the driver was transported to the hospital. OHP did not issue a report. At 7:32 a.m. KSO and Blackwell received more calls on the accident as the vehicle was left in the field with the horn blaring. A deputy went to mark the vehicle and Jay Warner responded to tow the vehicle.

At 6:28 a.m. police receive a report of a vehicle that hit the bridge on I-35 near mile marker 229. Ambulance and fire units responded as did OHP. OHP did not issue a report.

At 7:15 a.m. Blackwell fire responded to a report of a tire on a semi igniting near the information center on I-35.

At 11:27 a.m. police arrested Sonya Smith Hubbard at Sonic on warrants. She was transported to the county jail.

At 4:06 p.m. police took a report on identity theft.

At 5:55 p.m. police responded to a report of a three-year-old who had ingested marijuana from parents. A report was made and the child was airlifted to OU Children’s in Oklahoma City.


The following information is provided by the Kay County Sheriff’s Department.

At 7:48 a.m. Ponca City police notified KSO of a two-vehicle accident at Union and Tower Road. The road was blocked button injuries were reported.

At 10:55 a.m. a deputy arrested Ruben Balli at the courthouse.

At 2:13 p.m. KSO received a report of a male in a dark blue SUV pulling a trailer dumping tires into the river near North Ave, and O Street. A deputy responded and located at least 20 tires dumped on the east end of the bridge. Kay County Commissioners were notified. Anyone with information on this is asked to contact KSO.

At 10:45 p.m. Kaw Nation police advised that an officer was at the Braman casino with Sumner County officials who picked up Jonathan Rayburn on suspicion of stealing a vehicle out of Oklahoma County. Kaw Nation advised that the warrant had not been issued yet and that the male is gang affiliated. Kay County deputies responded and OKC police advised they would not be picking him up but that he would be removed from Kay County.
