The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

April 3

At 5:46 a.m. police served a search warrant in the 700 block of north Third Street.

At 7:28 a.m. police responded to the Prospect train tracks for a report of a gray vehicle that hit the crossing. A report was made.

At 8:17 a.m. police responded to Ash and Highland for a report of an accident involving a Toyota Camry and a Silverado. 

At 8:36 a.m. police took a burglary report in the 1400 block of Bradbury.

At 8:47 a.m. police took an assault report on an incident that occurred at Paladin Apartments. The alleged victim was treated at the hospital.

At 12:32 p.m. police took a report on a skimmer possibly placed on a gas pump at Triple T on Lake Road.

At 3:22 p.m. police took a vandalism report in the 1100 block of north Sunset.

At 3:59 p.m. police took a report on an assault that was reported behind Liberty School.

At 4:24 p.m. police responded to 14th and Hartford for a two-vehicle accident. Minor injuries reported.

At 7:30 p.m. police responded to Integris Health for a report of a dog bite vicim being treated.

At 8:40 p.m. police arrested John Lord, 44, at Union and Westbury on a traffic charge.

At 8:58 p.m. police and fire responded to the 1400 block of Shirlee for a report of a vehicle on fire. Fire officials report that the vehicle was fully engulfed and that the home suffered minor damage. One person was transported to the hospital with possible second degree burns on hands and neck. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

At 9:34 p.m. police took a report on a larceny in the parking lot of Oncue, 1613 west South Ave.

April 1

At 1:21 p.m. Police arrested Zachary Scott Jehue for public intoxication at Blackwell and south 6th Street.

April 3

At 4:12 p.m. police arrested Trena Ellington on Kay County warrants.

The following ins provided by the Kay County Sheriff’s Department.

April 3

At 5:20 p.m. Mcintosh County confirmed warrants on Adam Cross.

At 5:35 p.m. a caller reported that fugitive Vanessa Wilson was working at Baked Bliss in Waco, Texas. Warrants were confirmed and Waco police notified.

At 7:46 p.m. PCPD confirmed warrants on Sage Sawyer.

At 9:33 p.m. Cowley County contacted KSO For a welfare check on a subject named John Bilson.. At 10:01 p.m. Otoe police that the subjects vehicle was located. At 10:09 p.m. a deputy advised the subject was traveling slow southbound on Highway 77 and at 10:10 p.m. he was sped up to normal speeds and ran a stop sign. At 10:13 p.m. speeds increased to 55 mph. OHP, Noble County and Osage County were notified. At 10:15 p.m. the driver reportedly ran a red light at Harding and continued south on Highway 177. At 10:18 p.m. deputies were asked to end the pursuit. At 10:21 p.m. it was reported that the vehicle wrecked at Highway 177 and Badlands in Noble County and that the driver died. A case number was assigned for the pursuit. No report has been issued by OHP.
