The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

March 28

At 2:05 a.m. police and fire responded to a report of a garage on fire in the 500 block of south 7th Street.

At 4 a.m. police responded to an apartment at 312 1/2 north Pine for a report that a male was trespassing and uncooperative. A report was made.

At 9:59 a.m. police responded to Timbers Apartments for a report of vandalized vehicles.

At 11:23 a.m. police took a report on theft of tools at Integris Medical Center.

At 5 p.m. police arrested Stephen Bilyeu for possession of CDS in the 100 block of south Osage.

At 7:21 p.m. police took a report on a domestic in the 400 block south Oak. A male reportedly was chasing a pregnant woman.

At 8:48 p.m. police arrested Andrew Pappan in the 700 block of Albany on warrants. (see story)

At 11:08 p.m. police attempted to pull over a vehicle at First and South Ave. The vehicle fled with speeds reaching 100mph. KSO was notified.

March 29

At 7:59 a.m. police took a report on vandalism in the 200 block of south Palm. Sugar was placed in a gas tank.

At 8:30 a.m. police took a report at the Guest Inn on bathroom vandalism. A warrant request was made. At 1:24 p.m. police returned for a report that the male was causing more damage. He was trespassed and removed.

At 11:41 a.m. police took a report at Timber Apartments on a broken window.

At 2:37 p.m. police took a report on $10,000 fraud in the 900 block of west Highland.

At 4:48 p.m. police responded to Taco Stop for a report of a someone being chased. The caller was hiding inside the bathroom at Taco Stop. An assault report was made.

At 5:38 p.m. police took a hit and run report in the 2700 block of Rice.

March 30

At 7:55 a.m. police took a report on a vehicle that was egged in the 400 block of south 9th street.

At 10:40 a.m. police arrested Steven LeClair in the 700 block of west Otoe on a burglary charge.

At 11:31 a.m. police responded to Factory Connection and arrested Kyle Miller on a protective order violation.

At 11:43 a.m. police arrested Glenn Littlecook for public intoxication at Paladin Apartments.

At 2:23 p.m. police took a report on a burglary at Timber’s Apartments.

At 4:24 p.m. police responded to the 600 block of south 9th Street for a report of a resident holding a burglary suspect at gunpoint in the back yard. Police arrested Daniel Morales on multiple charges. Vanessa Dent was also arrested on multiple charges including DUI. Victoria Dummer was arrested on multiple charges and Edgar Lopez was arrested on a burglary charge. 

At 4:38 p.m. a caller advised that her cousin was drunk and broke a window. The caller said everyone was drunk and that is why it sounded like she was eating marbles.

At 9:29 p.m. police responded to 312 1/2 north Pine Apartment B for a report of gunshots. A male was found shot. Witnesses reported seeing a group of juveniles run from the area. At 2:38 a.m. police went to a residence in the 200 block of east Albany. Residents did not consent to a search. Residents on east Brookfield also did not consent to a search.  At 4:12 p.m. on Sunday, police arrested Mitchell Deroin and a 17-year-old youthful offender, who has been charged in the past as an adult, at 4490 south Waverly. At 6:06 p.m. police served a search warrant at the location. (see story)

March 31

At 3:27 p.m. police took a report on sexual abuse of a child.

At 9:26 p.m. police responded to the 2000 block of Cedar for a report of a male who punched a female in the stomach.

At 9:39 p.m. police took a report on a vehicle that was hit in the 700 block of north  4th Street.
