Law enforcement logs March 25-26

The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

March 25

At 2:20 a.m. police arrested Benjamin Forristal for protective order violation in the 1000 block of north Ash.

At 6:28 a.m. police responded to the 300 block of north Pine for a report of someone attempting to urinate on another’s floor. An assault reportedly occurred. A report was made. 

At 8:16 a.m. police responded to the 300 block of Lansbrook for two kids locked in a vehicle. Warners freed the children.

At 8:55 a.m. police responded to McDonald’s for a report of a truck burglarized.

At 8:22 a.m. police responded to the 800 block of north Oak for a report of clothes burned.

At 11:55 a.m. warrants were confirmed on Damien Lee Goodman. Goodman, 37, was then arrested at Rocky Ridge RV Park on drug and firearm charges. Also arrested were Shala Marie LeClair, 34, on firearm and stolen property charges. Derrick Ray Collins, 36, on firearm and stolen property charges and Roger Allan White, 34, on the same charges. At 2:06 p.m. police took a report on shoplifting at Hobby Lobby.

At 4:07 p.m. police took a report after two females reported being sexually assaulted.

At 6 p.m. police took a report on a bicycle found in the 1100 block of south 7th Street.

At 8:49 p.m. police took a report on a motorcycle reported stolen in the 300 block of south Peachtree.

March 26

At 12:47 a.m. police responded to the Valero on Grand for a report of someone who pulled the gas line from the pump out and left. An officer located the suspect and a report was made.

At 7:52 a.m. police confirmed warrants out of Noble County on Murray King.

At 11:57 a.m. a subject reported a rape that occurred in January. A report was made.

At 3:16 p.m. a female flagged an officer down and reported something dead in the alley in the 300 block of Brookfield. An officer located the head of a deer.

At 6:09 p.m. police responded to the 1400 block of west Grand for a report of a child running down the road with no shoes. DHS was contacted.

At 7:16 p.m. police arrested Isaiah Willey on warrants at Hazel and Highland.

At 7:39 p.m. police responded to the Guest Inn for a report of  indecent exposure. Police arrested Joseph Roe for indecent exposure and sexual battery.

At 9:32 p.m. police responded to McDonald’s for a report of a two-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported.

The following information is provided by Blackwell police.

March 26

At 8:10 a.m. Blackwell fire responded mutual aid to a structure fire in the 200 block of south 1st Street.

At 5:50 p.m. police responded to the north bridge for a report of a subject jumping out from under the bridge scaring children.

At 6:09 p.m. inmate Brayden Hale was transported to the county jail.

March 25

At 1:46 a.m. a deputy responded to a single vehicle accident on I-35 near mile marker 219. No injuries were reported and OHP responded.

At 8:20 a.m. Blackwell police notified KSO of an accident on I-35 in which a vehicle struck construction workers. (see story)

At 11:45 a.m. deputies assisted PCPD Rocky Ridge RV Park.
