Ponca City police logs Feb. 16-18

The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

Feb. 16

At 12:02 a.m. police took a report on a reported rape.

At 12:22 a.m. police arrested Gage Hogan at 5th and Hartford during a traffic stop.

At 1:48 a.m. polie responded to the 500 block of west Chestnut for a report of a disturbance. Ryan Ransom was arrested on burglary, robbery, and drug charges.

At 10:31 a.m. police responded to Roosevelt Elementary for a report of an eight year-old that ran off 15 minutes before police were called. The child was located and released to her father. DHS was notfified.

At 1:48 p.m. police took a report on a broken window in the 400 block of south Palm.

At 2:26 p.m. police responded to a subject laying in the roadway near Donahue and McGraw. the subject reportedly crashed a bike and was not hit by a vehicle. A dog was taken to animal control and another placed in a back yard. A state accident report was made. At 7:44 p.m. a resident in the 1600 block of Donahue reported that his gate was broken and his dog stolen. A citation was issued.

At 4:36 p.m. a vehicle reported stolen from Stuteville Ford was located at J.B.’s Laundry.

At 5:04 p.m. police arrested a juvenile at Meadowbrook Village after responding to a report of a subject with a vicious dog.

At 5:48 p.m. police took a report on a domestic.At 8:01 p.m. police responded to Wendy’s after a manager located a syringe in the bathroom.

Feb. 17

At 1:27 a.m. police arrested Elijah DeLodge at the intersection of Birch and Ponca.

At 4:06 a.m. police arrested Michael Moulton on conspiracy charges.

At 7:51 p.m. police took a report on a two-vehicle accident at Planet Fitness.

Feb. 18

At 12:24 a.m. police responded to the 2100 block of Berkshire for a report of someone outside with a flashlight and saying “OOOOO!” like a ghost. An officers responded and did not see any ghosts.

At 2:38 a.m. police took a domestic report in the 200 block of Lonnie Ave.

At 10:57 a.m. police took a report on threats made at Walmart.

At 12:22 a.m. police responded to a report of juveniles egging a house in the 300 block of south Elm. The juveniles were returned to their guardian.

At 5:03 p.m. police took a burglary a report at Meadowbrook Village.

At 5:35 p.m. police responded to the 900 block of south 13th Street for a report of two males who entered a home and were not wanted. The resident used a spear to make them leave. Extra patrol was requested.

At 7 p.m. police issued trespass warnings to individuals at Walmart.

At 7:37 p.m. police responded to L.A. Cann Drive for a report of a Dodge Neon that drove into the pond. Everyone was out of the car. The occupants, juveniles, advised that a vehicle was chasing them and they swerved and landed in the pond. A report was made.
