Feb. 7

At 2:19 a.m. Blackwell fire units responded to the 300 block of for a report of smoke. Everything checked clear.

At 3:26 a.m. police received a report of two subjects on mountain bikes going through trash. Police spoke to the subjects.

At 10:26 a.m. police took a report on stolen clothes in the 200 block of south 4th Street.

At 11:19 a.m. police took a report on a non-injury accident by the Good Buy Shoppe.

At 6:18 p.m. police received a report of a hit and run in the Walmart parking lot.

At 9:07 p.m. police took a report on a non-injury accident at Doolin and 9th Street.

At 9:54 p.m. police took a report on threats made.

Feb. 8

At 6:25 a.m. police responded to the 400 block of north Oak for a report of a female who left two children on a porch. A report was made.

At 7:06 a.m. police responded to the 400 block of north Elm for a report of a SUV with the windows broken out.

At 9:51 a.m. police arrested Darell Freeman in the 1000 block of north Union for transporting an open container.

At 10:04 a.m. police took a report on an assault at Jay Warners.

At 11:30 a.m. police received a report of a vehicle vandalized at David’s Garage. Extra patrol was requested.

At 2:47 p.m. police responded to Stuteville Ford, 2415 N. 14th Street, for a report of a stolen bicycle. Video footage was obtained and the bike was returned. Two trespassing warnings were issued.

At 3:32 p.m. police took a report on a stolen bike in the 300 block of north Osage.

At 5:04 p.m. police responded to Via Christi for a report of abuse.

At 5:34 p.m. police arrested Mary Hagar for assault and battery in the 300 block of north Pine.

At 8:24 p.m. dispatch notified officers that Chris Jackson was in the lobby and not happy.

At 8:51 p.m. police was contacted by a female who was involved in an accident at Highland and Osage at 5 p.m. She reported that she exchanged info with the other driver but believes she was scammed.

At 9:07 p.m. police arrested Michael Holdeman in the 600 block of north Osage on eluding police, drug and burglary charges.

At 11:27 p.m. police took a report on a 2016 black Ford Mustang reported stolen from the 200 block of west Gary.

At 11:31 p.m. police responded to the 900 block of north 7th Street for a report of gunshots and a broken window. A report was made.

Feb. 8

At 12:15 a.m. PCPD confirmed warrants on Donta Michael Burkholder.

At 1:56 a.m. OKC police confirmed warrants on Water Perkins.

At 2:45 a.m. PCPD confirmed warrants on Cleatis Ross.

At 7:38 a.m. a deputy responded to the Ponca City Dump for a report of someone who dumped trash in a Davis Sanitation bin near the north gate. Deputies report that trash containing a name, phone number and an address on west Doolin were located.

At 9:50 a.m. Mayes County confirmed warrants on Michael Harper.

At 10:30 a.m. deputies responded to the 7200 block of south Ranch Drive for a report of a possible domestic in progress. A male was reportedly freaking out and armed with a baseball bat. The male reportedly made threats to harm a female and burn the house down. Deputies arrived and Samuel Dewitt Dodds was arrested on domestic charges.

At 10:45 a.m. a deputy retrieved a firearm from Interstate 35 near mile marker 228.5. Pills were also located.

At 10:53 a.m. a caller reported an indecent exposure act that occurred at the Highway 60 construction site at P Street. The information was logged.

At 5:35 p.m. a caller reported that a someone was stealing a black Pontiac Sunfire at Wheat Ridge Apartments. The subject reportedly got the car and left going north on Highway 77. Newkirk police was advised and located the heckle by the courthouse and made contact with a male. The vehicle owner was notified and it was determined it was a cicvil issue.

At 6:40 p.m. Dale Township Fire Department reported they had a fire one mile east of Prentice on Fork Road. Witnesses reported seeing a vehicle leave the area. Information for a report was gathered.

At 8:24 p.m. PCPD confirmed warrants on Sage Sawyer.

Feb. 9

At 5:19 a.m. a deputy left Kay County to travel to Mayse County to pick up an inmate for transport. From Mayse County the deputy went to Rogers County and picked up a second inmate and then headed to Tulsa County and picked up a third inmate. The three were later booked in the county jail.

At 8:02 a.m. Cleveland County confirmed warrants on Joshua Welch.

At 8:56 a.m. Blackwell police confirmed warrants on Mariah Brady.

At 1:09 p.m. deputies and task force members went to the Oakland Grow site and assisted with a pickup and assist. A juvenile was arrested and the site was secured.

At 1:17 p.m. Pittsburgh County confirmed warrants on Summer Speir. At 3:21 p.m. they advised she was in custody.

At 1:46 p.m. a deputy transported an inmate back to Kay County from Sumner County, Kansas.

At 3:20 p.m. an employee of Ignis Energy reported embezzlement from a multi well site. The information was logged.

At 4:55 p.m. Pottawatomie County confirmed warrants on Travis Jackson.

At 7:53 p.m. Tonkawa police confirmed warrants on Tia Brasher.
