School board meeting set for Nov. 13

PONCA CITY — The Ponca City Board of Education is set to meet at 6 p.m. Monday Nov. 13 at the Administration Center Board Room, 613 east Grand.

Items on the agenda include an executive session to discuss the possible terminations and or reassignments and resignations of employees.

Included on the list is Jeffrey Harmon, director of football operations; Chrisa Markle, assistant girls wrestling coach; Michael Nordquist, government teacher, and Steve Vaughn, contract sub.

Last month PCPS named Justin Roland interim football coach. (see story)

Other items on the agenda include a lease agreement with the City of Ponca City; Quote from Galaxy Business Equipment concerning furnishings for Liberty Elementary’s media center, and a proposal from Stolhand-Wells Group to replace the intercom system at Liberty Elementary.
