Law enforcement logs Nov. 7

At 2:23 a.m. a deputy responded to the 200 block of north 2nd in Tonkawa for a report of a breaking and entering in progress. Tonkawa police also responded. No other information is logged.
At 8:14 a.m. police responded to Homeland for a report of stolen lottery tickets.
At 8:55 a.m. police and U.S. Marshals staged at Seventh Day Adventist Church before going to 743 Marland to search for fugitive Mitchell Wayne Mosqueda. The log indicates an arrest was made. No other information is logged.
At 9:39 a.m. deputies responded to Braman for a report of a physical domestic in the 100 block of Broadway. A male was reportedly hitting and choking a female. The male was seen leaving on Kimmell. Warrant checks were conducted on Kyle Anson and Dakota Hicks. Drones were launched as deputies searched for the suspect. Warrants were confirmed on Hicks. No suspect was located and deputies left the scene at 11:46 a.m.
At 10:37 a.m. a resident in the 1600 block of Riggs reported finding a box on her porch with medications in it. At 4:25 p.m. the meds were returned to the owner.
At 11:03 a.m. police responded to Stop n Go, 2911 north Union, for a report of a burglary.
At 12:58 p.m. police responded to David’s Garage for a report of a 6ft tall customer yelling about the prices. A trespass warning was issued.
At 5:12 p.m. a resident on Eagle Drive reported coins stolen and pawned by a female with an address on McCord Ave. in Burbank. The caller then said he was noticing more items missing and plans to bring a list to the sheriff’s office.
At 7:02 p.m. police and fire responded to the 600 block of east Detroit for a smoke investigation. Everything was okay.
At 8:15 p.m. police arrested Riley Phillips for public intoxication in the 1600 block of south 9th Street.
At 11:49 p.m. police successfully removed a lure from the wing of a bird.
