Bench warrant issued for convicted rapist

NEWKIRK — A bench warrant is issued for convicted rapist, Bryan Eugene Hiser, 43, Oklahoma City, by the Kay County District Court.

Hiser entered a no contest plea to first degree rape last year and was given a 20-year-suspended sentence. (see story)

The charge was filed after Ponca City police investigated a possible child sexual abuse

On Aug. 4, 2022 Hiser failed to pay as ordered and a warrant is issued with bond endorsed at $200.
