“I’m thankful that Speaker McCall has assigned me to committees that will allow me to further support both the people of District 37, as well as the rest of the state,” Luttrell said. “I approach each committee with the same focus and commitment, because the bills being heard are extremely important. I look forward to working on legislation this session that will create positive outcomes for the citizens of our state.”

“Each of Rep. Luttrell’s committee assignments will help him better serve the people of his district,” House Speaker Charles McCall, R-Atoka, said. “He is a humble public servant who puts the people of Oklahoma first in every decision he makes, and I know he will bring that mindset to his committee service as well.”

Luttrell was first elected to serve in the Legislature in 2018. He is an Army veteran and life member of the American Legion, Vietnam Veterans of America and Disabled American Veterans. Additionally, he is the Co-Chair of the Native American and Passenger Rail caucuses. Nationally, he serves on the Board of Directors for The Energy Council’s Center for Legislative Energy and Environmental Research, and as a member of the Executive Committee for the National Native American State Legislators Caucus.
