Jan. 12
At 1:32 a.m. police responded to 721 N. Oak for a report of a subject beating on the door. Someone dropped some people of at the address and a window was broken. Extra patrol was requested. At 2:05 a.m. police responded back to the address for a report of Rayan Kirk baking on the house.
At 5:02 a.m. PCPD responded to Liberty Elementary for a report of vandalism.
At 8:26 a.m. police arrested a 17-year-old at the high school for making threats.
At 9:27 a.m. police arrested Ryan Brown at Osage and Union on warrants. Lillies Liebes was also arrested.
At 12:31 p.m. an ambulance responded to Braum’s for a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
At 1:07 p.m. police took a report on child abuse at Broadway Plaza.
At 4:03 p.m. police responded to Sonic on N. 14th Street for a report on a private property accident.
At 4:21 p.m. police responded to the Fairfield Inn for a report of a two-vehicle accident.
At 5:24 p.m. police responded to Smith Home Furnishings for a report of a two-vehicle accident.
At 6:25 p.m. police responded to McDonald’s for a report of possible child abuse in the play area.
At 7:31 p.m. police took a report on a stolen bicycle in the 300 block in the north Pine.
At 9:39 p.m. police arrested Martezz Carnes for unauthorized use of a credit or debit card.

Jan. 13
At 10:05 a.m. Blackwell fire reported that fire units extinguished a feed truck that was on fire at Peckham and Q Street. OHP was notified.
Jan. 14
At 12:49 a.m. a deputy arrested Tyler Wayne Ford on a warrant north of the Dollar General in Newkirk.
At 3:14 a.m. a female reported that some male friends were trying to kick her out of a vehicle on Highway 11 east of Rocky Road. An Osage County deputy made contact with the vehicle and the occupants said they kicked her out near Wheatridge Apartments because she was drunk and assaulting them with beer. A Kay County deputy located the female near the Kaw City Museum. A family member was notified.
At 7:45 a.m. a caller requested a welfare check on the cows on R Street between Adobe and Brake Roads. The caller stated he wants to see something done about the condition of the cows. The sheriff assigned a deputy to the call and a case number was assigned.
At 10:47 a.m. a caller requested a welfare check on a male staying in an apartment in the 900 block of south Enterprise. Warrants were confirmed on Lee Westbrook and he was arrested.
At 8:06 p.m. a caller reported that his baby’s mother is refusing to give him their child and that he has full custody. The caller said he had been talking to Ponca City police for three hours and wanted a deputy. A deputy gave the caller his options.

At 7 p.m. police took a report on a suspicious person in the 800 block of west Bridge.
Jan. 14
At 12:56 a.m. police took a report on a Honda Civic that was hit in the 100 block of Urbana.
At 4:17 p.m. police took a report on a juvenile who punched a female in the back of her head in the 1300 block of west Bridge.
