Former NOC theatre professor sentenced
November 28, 2022 | CourtsNEWKIRK — Former Northern Oklahoma College Technical Director and Professor of Theatre Anthony Lee Luetkenhaus, 38, Stillwater, is now sentenced to a 10-year suspended prison sentence after entering a no contest plea to felony charges of indecent exposure and assault with intent to commit sexual battery.
Luetkenhaus was arrested in 2021 on complaints of violating the state’s computer crimes act, kidnapping, sexual battery, first degree rape, distribution of obscene material and committing acts of lewdness in April of 2021.
All of the charges except indecent exposure and assault with intent to commit sexual battery were dismissed.
Luetkenhaus is ordered to obtain a sex offender evaluation and follow up with treatment, have no contact with victims and register as a sex offender. He is also banned from teaching at any institution.
