Ponca City police logs Sept. 9-11

The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

Sept. 9

At 12:43 a.m. police responded to Pioneer Plaza for a report of a vehicle that hit a dog. Officers were unable to locate the dog.

At 2:41 a.m. police responded to a report of a male checking vehicle doors in the area of the 300 block of Detroit.

At 7:33 a.m. police took a report on a stolen bicycle on Stoneridge Road.

At 7:45 a.m. police took a report on a 2018 black Chevy Colorado with Mississippi tags missing from the La Quinta Inn. Police later learned the vehicle was repossessed.

At 8:26 a.m. police responded to a report of a disturbance at Po-Hi. The school was placed on lockdown. No weapons were reported.

At 10:28 a.m. police took a report on an assault and battery at Po-Hi.

At 11:14 a.m. police arrested at Kelly Jones and Sean Titpon in the 300 block of N. 8th Street  on warrants.

At 12:58 p.m. a resident reported to police that she caught a subject on video trying to break into a vehicle in the 600 block of N. 3rd Street.

At 3:45 p.m. police responded to a three vehicle accident at Highland and Osage. One person was injured.

Police investigate a three-vehicle accident at Osage and Highland 3:45 p.m. Friday.

At 7:08 p.m. an ambulance responded to Paladin Apartments for a report of a 47-year-old having a bad reaction to a prescription.

At 9:07 p.m. police responded to the 700 block of S. 11th Street for a report of a disturbance. A juvenile was transported to the ER.

At 9:54 p.m.police responded to El Patio for a report of an attempted sexual assault on a 15-year-old. Both subjects were gone.

At 10:18 p.m. an Airport Express cab driver reported a customer who refused to pay and ran into the apartments at 6th and Cherry. A report was made.

At 10:31 p.m. police responded to the 1600 block of N. First Street for a report of teenager destroying property. A 16-year-old was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Sept 10.

At 3:11 a.m. police arrested Kazley Zotigh on warrants at 5th and Madison.

At 4:23 p.m. police responded to Union and Osage for a report of large tortoise in the roadway. A citizen took the animal home and said he knows the owner.

At 5:39 p.m. police took a report on a domestic in the 500 block of S. 12th Street.

At 6:39 p.m. police responded to Copper Ridge Apartments for a report of a 11-year-old tearing up an apartment.

At 8:09 p.m. police arrested a 17-year-old in the 500 block of N. Palm for larceny from a house.

Sept. 11

At 1:10 a.m. police responded to the 700 block of N. Oak for a report of a disturbance involving at least three subjects. One broke a beer bottle in the street. The subjects went inside before police arrived.

At 7:04 a.m. police took a vandalism report in the 200 block of N. 11th Street.

At 9:02 a.m. police responded to 14th and Highland for a report of a two-vehicle accident.

At 12:59 p.m. police responded to Pecan and Prospect for a report of a one-vehicle accident.

At 6:01 p.m. police took a vandalism report in the 1300 block of east Grand.

At 7:12 p.m. police responded to Shawn Manor for a report of a subject with a weapon. A resident reportedly hit another with a Kleenex box. Police advised that no crime was committed as the pair were playing. The employee needed a report to document the incident to the state.

At 8:36 p.m. police responded to The Hemp Station for a report of a raccoon in the store.
