Law enforcement logs Sept. 8-10

Sept. 8
At 12:45 a.m. Osage County advised they arrested Bobby Joe Davidson and requested a deputy meet then at 14th and Harding. Davidson reportedly punched the wind and cut his hand. OCSO was advised to get him medically cleared.
At 3:24 p.m. a deputy took a report on a false declaration of pawn.
Sept. 9
At 7:24 a.m. PCPD reported a code black in the 1400 block of north Pine.
At 9:54 a.m. Kazley Zotigh was arrested.
At 2:35 p.m. a deputy took a report on a stolen license plate.
At 7:28 p.m. KSO received a report of a two-vehicle hit and run accident on Highway 11 and T Street. A CRV was hit by a white truck pulling a trailer which left the scene. At 7:41 p.m. a resident in the area reported that a horse ran into the yard causing the cows to scatter. The caller said a guy jumped on the horse and took off but left his dog. A deputy responded. A caller then called and reported a white truck with front end damager with a trailer in his driveway in the 2500 block of west Dooling. He said the guy on the horse was bleeding. Deputies checked the area.
Sept. 10
At 8:40 a.m. a deputy responded to a report of an abounded vehicle on Highway 11 near Union. A wrecker was called.
At 11:02 a.m. a resident reported finding a wallet at Coon Creek Cove. The owner was notified.
At 1:12 p.m. PCPD notified KSO of a code black in the 400 block of south 13th Street. A report was made and the medical examiner was notified. At 1:54 the deputy who responded reported that his unit was involved in an accident. No damage was done to the unit and PCPD took a report.
At 1:50 p.m. a resident filed a report on a stolen Heston Round Baler in the north Union. A report was made.
At 2:34 p.m. a wildlife officer confirmed warrants on Daniel Colson.

Sept. 8
At 3:03 p.m. police arrested Cassie Leatherman for public intoxication in the 400 block of east Bridge.
At 6:01 p.m. fire units responded to a report of a grass fire near Q Street and Brake Road.
Sept. 9
At 2:40 p.m. police took a report on a stolen bank card.
At 7:09 p.m. police took a report on a hit and run on Highway 11 near T Street.
