July 29
At 9:36 a.m. police arrested Josiah Mills on warrants at America’s Best Inn.
At 10:33 a.m. police located a stolen vehicle at Highland Dairy, 1203 west Summit. Kay County deputies responded. The green Ford was reported stolen the day before. The owner was notified.
At 12:29 p.m. police took a report on items reported stolen from Rent A Center.
At 4:26 p.m. police responded to a two-vehicle accident at 14th and Prospect.
At 6:03 p.m. police responded to a report of a hit and run at Hubbard and Waverly. The suspect vehicle was described as a red pickup that left southbound. OHP responded.
At 8:18 p.m. ambulance crews requested police to respond to the 500 block of N. 8th Street for a report of a subject acting erratic. A female who was unconscious from consuming THC was transported to the hospital.
The following information is provided by the Kay County Sheriff’s Department.
At 7:20 a.m. deputies took a report on $2,500 worth of tools reported stolen from the area of 140th and Riverview Road. The suspect vehicle is described as a blue Dually.
At 9:30 a.m. a deputy arrested Gina Kerger on a warrant.
At 10:41 a.m. Corey Swenson was taken into custody and booked in the county jail. (see story)
At 1:19 p.m. Bill Johnson Correctional Facility confirmed warrants on Robert Rutledge.
At 7:30 p.m. a deputy arrested Dana Kelly on warrants.
At 11:37 p.m. Osage County reported an accident in the 9200 block of east Coleman Road and that a female was laying in the roadway.
July 30
The following information is provided by Ponca City police.
At 5:05 a.m. police arrested Benjamin Epperley on warrants in the 1400 block of Bradbary.
At 1:20 p.m. police took a report on a hit and run at Lowe’s. The suspect vehicle is described as a white Doge crew cab that left southbound.
At 1:30 p.m. police responded to the 1300 block of east South Ave. for a report of a vehicle that hit a pole.
At 4:48 p.m. police responded to 3rd and Hazel for a report of a female who was assaulted by a male. The female was transported via ambulance to the hospital with a head injury. Robert McDaniel was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
At 5:51 p.m. police took a report on items stolen from a residence in the 400 block of east Hazel.
At 7:12 p.m. police responded to Ponca Lake for a possible drowning victim. At 7:26 p.m. deputies responded with a drone to assist in the search. First responders later recovered the body of 17-year-old Ethan Dodson. (see story)
At 8:42 p.m. police responded to a hit and run at Ash and Liberty. The driver of a blue Jeep Cherokee told police she hit a silver Silverado that fled the scene.
At 10:05 p.m. police responded to the Valero for a report of a subject throwing bricks. A report was made.
At 11:14 p.m. police responded to the 800 block of N. 4th Street for a report of a domestic. Kyle Heath was arrested for domestic battery against a pregnant woman.
At 11:35 p.m. police responded to the 700 block of N. Oak for a report of a domestic. Officers reported it was all verbal and that it was over video games.

At 1:04 a.m. police arrested Jennifer Chessher-Houser for domestic violence in the 700 block of east College.
At 1:59 p.m. police took a burglary report.
At 9:39 p.m. police arrested James Graham on Texas warrants.
The following information is provided by the Kay County Sheriff’s Department.
At 12:45 a.m. KSO received a report of an accident at Lake Road and Longwood. The caller reported a motorcycle as sitting upright with boots and hat next to it and blood all around. Deputies responded and contacted hospitals looking for a victim. At 1:20 a.m. OHP reported that the driver was in the 5500 block of Lake Road with cuts on his head. the subject was arrested and transported to the ER.
At 6:34 p.m. a deputy took a report on stolen AirPods.
At 10:13 p.m. OHP responded to a report of an accident at Coleman west of Rocky Ridge for an accident. OHP reported the injured was treated and released.
At 10:44 p.m. PCPD confirmed warrants on Jamie Gutierrez.
At 11:53 p.m. Tonkawa police responded to The Hub for a report of a group of people fighting.
July 31
The following information is provided by Ponca City police.
At 12:56 a.m. police took a report on a stolen 2004 Honda Accord taken from the 400 block of S. Birch. The vehicle has a Boomer Sooner plate and a cracked windshield.
At 4:48 a.m. police responded to the area of Elm and Oklahoma for a report of two subjects chasing a vehicle. Police made contact with one of the subjects who reportedly said he was going to make it rain on the police officers.
At 2:19 p.m. police arrested Ethan Ewing on warrants in the 1200 block of S. 8th Street.
At 3:43 p.m. police responded to Fire Station No. 4 for a damage report after someone drive through the garage door.
At 5:57 p.m police took a report at Dollar Tree after a report of a female who stole items and left in a black Grand Cherokee.
At 6:09 p.m. police and ambulance responded to Casey’s for a report of a hit and run. The suspect vehicle is described as a Chevy Silverado. The suspect was followed to an address on north 2nd Street.
At 6:12 p.m. police took a report on a burglary in the 3500 block of A Street.

Oklahoma City police confirmed warrants on Gene Rogers at 12:01 a.m.
At 12:11 p.m. a resident reported six missing Llamas. Four are black, one red and on blue. One has a baby on it. They were missing from the area of State Line Road and Prentice. At 8:02 p.m. the resident reported he found five of them but was still missing the blue one.
At 9:58 p.m. a deputy took a repot on an abandoned vehicle that was wrecked on Brake Road between Prentice and Longwood.
