KSO radio logs July 26-27

July 26
At 12:47 p.m. a deputy checked warrants on Patrick McKay and David Harris. One subject was arrested. No location of the arrest given.
At 10 a.m. KSO was notified of a trash dump on farm land. No location of the dump was given.
At 4:03 p.m. Robert Hutchens was arrested on a warrant. No location of the arrest was given.
At 10:38 p.m. KSO recovered a report of a small fire and a vehicle at the old school. (no location of the school was given) A deputy responded and located 45-year-old Brian Vienyard. The vehicle he was in was reported stolen out of Wichita, Kan. and warrants were confirmed in Alfalfa County. The subject was arrested.
July 27
At 9:53 a.m. a deputy arrested Mark Sitterly.
At 10:05 a.m. a deputy took a fraud report on a Facebook transaction. The buyer paid $3,000 for a 2000 Polaris Ranger but did not receive the item. Also purchased and not received was a $1,200 2004 Pontoon Boat.
At 11:01 a.m. PCPD confirmed warrants on Robert W. Elam.
At 1:38 p.m. PCPD transferred a call to KSO reporting three donkeys in the roadway east of the Lake Road Carwash. The donkey were back home by 2:44 p.m.
At 10:45 p.m. BIA police confirmed warrants on Pauly Bales. She was arrested at Waverly and Riverview Road.
At 6:36 p.m. PCPD reported that a white Chevy Impala was located flopped over under the new River Bridge. OHP was notified.
