The alleged victim reportedly told a forensic interviewer that Matamoros grabbed him by the collar, wrapped him in a blanket and squeezed him. The child reportedly could only move one leg.

The child reportedly told investigators that he was being squeezed so hard that his skin was “puffing into giant goosebumps.”

The five year-old reportedly came inside and saw the incident.

Matamoros was jailed on April 29 and bond set at $100,000. After a bond hearing, bond was reduced to $25,000 and he was released.
