The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

May 3

At 4:30 a.m. PCPD received a report of a silver Impala pulling into Alliance Health. The driver was reportedly involved in a shooting in which three wounded were dropped off at 7 Clans Gas Station north of Newkirk. (see story)

One of the wounded is identified as Izabella Rodriguez, 37, who was shot two times. Also Juan Martinez, 20, who was shot in the hand.

At 6:17 a.m. police arrested Brittney Raulston on warrants at 7th and Central.

At 8:54 p.m. police took a burglary report on a burglary reported at Grace Episcopal Church.

At 9:39 a.m. police took a report on a television stolen from the common area at Community Apartments, 202 N. 4th Street.

At 1:51 p.m. police took a report on a theft on Stoneridge.

At 1:55 p.m. police took a fraud report in the 600 block Shannon.

At 2:29 p.m. police arrested Jesse Stephens in the 800 block of N. Peachtree.

At 3:19 p.m. police responded to a two-vehicle accident at 5th and Broadway.

At 3:23 p.m. police responded to the 200 block of Virginia for a report of vandalism.

At 8:04 p.m. police responded to Grand and Union for a report of six people fighting. 

At 11:41 p.m. police received a request for extra patrol in the 700 block of N. Elm because of heavy foot traffic.

The following information is provided by the Kay County Sheriff’s Department.

May 3

At 3:37 a.m. deputies received ar report of three shooting victims dropped off at the 7 Clans Gas Station north of Newkirk. Newkirk fire responded three ambulances to the scene. One victim reportedly was suffering from shoulder wound. Another was shot in the hand and a female was shot in the upper thigh and pelvis area. Deputies reported the bleeding was stopped and that the three were calm. Otoe tribal police and deputies collected evidence at the scene. Witnesses told investigators the group had been hanging out on the back roads near the state line. Wichita Police advised they would collect evidence that was left in an ambulance. Deputies took possession of a .40 caliber silver pistol from Newkirk EMS. (see related story)

At 7:48 a.m. PCPD confirmed warrant on Berwyn Moses.

At 1:31 p.m. an OHP trooper arrested Jaquita Humphies on a Kansas warrant.

At 5:45 p.m. a deputy responded to Mckinley and 9th Street in Blackwell. A subject with the last name Williams was arrested.
