NEWKIRK — A warrant with bond endorsed at $100,000 is issued for Kevin Lemel Eagle Rhodd, 27, Ponca City.

Rhodd is charged with felony counts of child neglect and domestic assault and battery in presence of a minor.

Ponca City police report that officers were dispatched to the 100 block of S. Oak on Nov. 27 for a report of a woman destroying property in front of a residence.

Officer Brandon Hurst reports that he made contact with a female and asked if she was breaking things.

The woman reportedly said, “No. I have just been mad thinking about my boyfriend because he is ugly.”

The officer attempted to make contact with Rhodd but was not able to locate him.

Hurst reports that Rhodd is also accused of breaking a windshield on a vehicle and a window to a home in a separate case.

On June 15 Rhodd was charged in district court with domestic abuse. He was released on $5,000 bond.

On Nov. 8 he was charged with malicious injury to property. A warrant with bond endorsed at $10,000 is issued in that case. Anyone with information on Rhodd’s location is urged to call law enforcement.
