Tonkawa City Lobby closed because of COVID; Drive-through window open

UPDATE: City of Blackwell closes lobby

BLACKWELL — The City of Blackwell has closed the lobby to City Hall because of the increase in COVID cases. Officials report they hope to reopen the lobby on Jan. 17. Until then payments can be made online at or by using the drop box on the south side of City Hall.

TONKAWA — The Tonkawa City Office’s Lobby, located at 113 S. 7th Street, will be closed to customers until further notice because of the increased number of COVID cases.

The drive through window will be utilized.

Tonkawa utility customers can pay their utility bills, ask questions, obtain permits, or establish services by visiting the drive-through window, at this time.  

Normal office hours are still the same. For questions regarding Tonkawa Utilities, this new drive-through window protocol, or anything related to the Tonkawa City offices  call: 580 628-2508.
