Burglary suspect fails to appear for hearing

NEWKIRK — A failure to appear warrant is issued by the Kay County District Court for Lacey Lynn Robbins, 28, Ponca City.

On June 9, Robbins and Kim Denece Holmes, 59, Ponca City, were charged with felony charges of conspiracy and second degree burglary.

Ponca City police report the pair are accused of taking items from a residence in the 300 block of N. Peachtree on March 4. Items reportedly missing include: Cash, amps, two mature marijuana plants, Ibuprofen, Benadryl, aspirin, and cough drops. (see story)

Holmes is set for a court date on April 26.

Robbins failed to appear for a preliminary hearing that was scheduled in the matter on Sept. 21.

Bond is endorsed at $10,000.
