PCPD logs Sept. 3-7

The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

Sept. 3

At 12:25 a.m. an officer told Mitchell Douglas to stop yelling at cars in the 400 block of west Grand.

AT 12:52 a.m. police arrested Kendall Lawson and Bradley Wilson in the 800 block of S. 10th.

AT 2:46 a.m. police responded to McDonald’s for a report of an intoxicated driver in the drive though. A warrant request was made.

At 8:52 a.m. police took a report on a water meter that had been vandalized.

At 9:49 a.m. police arrested a 17-year-old at Po-Hi on a burglary charge.

AT 10:24 a.m. police took an embezzlement report at Timbers Apartments.

AT 10:31 a.m. police arrested Quanah Ramsey for violating the computer crimes act in the 1900 block of John.

At 2:16 p.m. police took a report on a hit and run at Lowe’s.

At 7:06 p.m. police arrested Starling Whitestar on warrants.

At 7:09 p.m. police arrested Gary Simmons on warrants at 1020 N. Pine.

At 10:20 p.m. police arrested Dustin Chambers on warrants in the 200 block of east Brookfield.

At 11:06 p.m. police arrested Matthew Lee on warrants at the intersection of Elm and Grand.

Sept. 4

AT 1:39 a.m. police arrested Murray King for public intoxication at Prospect and Union.

At 4:28 a.m. police arrested Lemuel Rhodd for public intoxication at the Stop N Go in the 800 block of S. 14th Street.

At 9:51 a.m. police arrested Arthur Overland on warrants at Ash and Hazel.

At 10:12 a.m. PCPD confirmed warrants on Clifford Norvell. 

At 11:59 p.m. police conducted a traffic stop at Elm and Grand. Landyn Tomek was arrested on complaints of minor in possession of tobacco, disturbing the peace, assault and battery and drug possession.

At 1:35 p.m. police responded to a report of a stabbing in the 300 block of S. Osage. Amanda Panatta was arrested. (see story)

Sept. 5

At 12:16 a.m. police received a report of a shooting outside Frack It, 601 west Highland. The suspect and victim left before officers arrived. A report was made. At 12:48 a.m. a resident in the 2500 block of east Hartford reported his daughter fired a weapon at Frack It. A statement was gathered.

At 1:33 a.m. police took a report at a beer run reported at Stop N Go, 801 S. 14th Street.

AT 12:11 p.m. police responded to a three-vehicle accident at 14th and Grand. A report was made.

AT 1:22 p.m. police arrested Jeffrey Paul Buford for assault and battery on a police officer in the 1600 block of Queens.

At 3:03 p.m. police responded to the 800 block of S. 9th Street for a deceased person. Trout Funeral Home was notified.

At 8:19 p.m. Osage County Sheriff’s Department requested PCPD do a welfare check on a 90-year-old female who lives in the McCord area. OCSO reported that an email was received by Harmony Baptist Church stating that the female needed help. An officer responded and reported that a deaf juvenile is there and that there is a past history of domestics. A welfare checked okay and information about the juvenile being threatened was relayed to OCSO.

At 9:50 p.m. police arrested Imi Killisou, 33, for aggravated DUI at 14th and Hubbard.

At 10:40 p.m. police arrested Jimmie Wayne Lee, 61, for exploitation of the elderly at Copper Ridge Apartments.

At 1:26 a.m. police took a report at the emergency room  on a stabbing victim who was not calming down. A report was made.

Sept. 6

Police took  report on a stolen air conditioner at the Rose Stone Inn.

At 9:34 a.m. police arrested Devin Golay for driving under suspension.

At 2:04 p.m. OKC police sent out a bulletin regarding officer safety. OKC police reported Aaron Dashaun Sayre, 30, was last seen in a blue four-door Nissan Cube with a paper tag. The last known address is in Blackwell. The vehicle was involved in a pursuit in Oklahoma City that included a gun fight. Sayre has confirmed warrants in Kay County. A female was also in the vehicle.

At 7:35 p.m. police responded to the 600 block of east Emporia for a report of a juvenile who found a male hanging in the garage. The male was airlifted to a Tulsa hospital.

At 11:30 p.m. police took a report on a physical domestic at Central and Franklin.

Sept. 7

At 7:47 a.m. police took a burglary report  in the 500 block of east Houston.

At 11:39 a.m. police made contact with a subject jumping into traffic near Mertz Manufacturing.

At 2:18 p.m. police took a burglary report in the 800 block of Edgewood Drive.

At 3:56 p.m. police took  report on an auto burglary at Harmony House.

At 9:42 p.m. police arrested Lemuel Rhood for public intoxication at Ponca Nursing and Rehab.
