Blackwell police logs Aug. 30-Sept. 5

The following information is provided by Blackwell police.

Aug. 30

At 1:29 a.m. police received a report of a subject going through people’s belongings at Jefferson Apartments.

At 7:30 a.m. police received a report of cows out near the golf course. OHP was notified.

At 9:22 a.m. police received a report of a cargo trailer parked in the 400 block of east Padon causing parking problems.

At 1:07 p.m. police received a report of a woman with a chicken bone stuck in her throat at Braman casino. Braman fire and ambulance was paged.

At 2:49 p.m. a resident reported theft from property in the 200 block of west Kansas. A report was made.

At 4:20 p.m. police received a report of a woman trying to fight another at Walmart. The woman left before officers arrived.

At 7:20 p.m a resident reported the was being harassed by police and bondsman. Options were given.

At 9:35 p.m. police received a report of a 16-year-old who had been hit by a neighbor. A report on threats was made.

Aug. 31

At 9:42 a.m. police took a report on a stolen tow dolly in the 300 block of N. Main.

At 4:53 p.m. fire units responded to the 300 block of west Kansas for a report of large flames.

Sept. 1

At 1:51 a.m. a resident reported stolen guns. The theft reportedly occurred in Ponca City and PCPD was notified.

At 7:38 a.m. a resident spoke to police about text messages. A report was made.

At 10:33 a.m. police received information about a planned burglary.

At 4:10 p.m. police took a report on a stolen bank card.

At 8:55 p.m. police took a report on threats and harassment.

Sept. 2-4 Not received.

Sept. 5

At 2:03 a.m. a resident reported her brown Chihuahua missing from the 500 block of west Dewey.

At 7:48 police were notified of a dead pig in a trash bag in the 500 block of east Santa Fe.

AT 3:24 p.m. officers arrested Jessica Wood on warrants in the 400 block of Peckham.

At 4:28 p.m. an ambulance responded to McDonald’s for a report of man laying on the concrete.

At 6 p.m. police responded to a report of an accident involving a bicycle and a vehicle. Police arrested Jeffrey Butzback for leaving the scene of an injury accident.

At 11:22 p.m. police took a report on an attempted break in at the American Legion.
