Blackwell man accused of exposing others to HIV

NEWKIRK — An initial appearance is set for Terry Joe Sullivan, 56, Blackwell, in Kay County District Court.

Sullivan is facing a felony charge of exposing others to aids. Blackwell police report that Sullivan is accused of having sexual relations with a subject with out telling the subject he was HIV positive.

In Pawnee County, Sullivan is facing charges of soliciting sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology and showing absence material to minor. Those four cases were filed on May 21, 2020. A court date in that matter is set for July 27.
