Warrants issued for woman convicted of child neglect and drug charges
July 1, 2021 | CourtsNEWKIRK — A failure to appear warrant with bond endorsed at $2,500 is issued by the Kay County District Court for Jesyca Leigh Rosholt, 37, Ponca City.
Officials report Rosholt failed to appear for a compliance docket.
On Dec. 10. 2020, Rosholt was convicted of felony charges of child neglect, possession of marijuana, meth alprazolam and misdemeanor counts of failure to report child abuse and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was given a 10-year suspended prison sentence and ordered to complete community service. A failure to pay warrant with bond endorsed at $200 is also issued.
