Luetkenhaus released on bond

NEWKIRK — Anthony Lee Luetkenhaus, 37, Tonkawa, appeared in Kay County District Court  today, a day earlier than originally scheduled.

Luetkenhaus is facing felony counts of first degree rape, kidnapping, two counts of sexual battery and a misdemeanor charge of non consensual dissemination of private sexual images. He was arrested last week by Tonkawa police at Northern Oklahoma College.

Today, Luetkenhaus appeared before Judge Jennifer Brock via video with his attorney Joe Tate. Bond was lowered from $150,000 to $100,000. Officials report he was later released on bond. Conditions of bond include no communications with the alleged victims and no electronic communication of any form.

Court records show that today in Payne County District Court, Luetkenhaus’ wife filed for divorce. His next court date in Kay County is a status docket scheduled on Aug. 20.
