PCPD and KSO radio logs May 3

The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

May 3

At 12:36 a.m. police responded to a report of two males dragging a female upstairs on the east side of the Paladin Apartments. Officers spoke to multiple subjects and determined the call was unfounded.

At 2 a.m. police received a report of a subject standing on the west side of the bridge at South Ave and Kelley and wearing a sheet over their head.

At 2:09 a.m. police responded to a report of a male subject who reportedly broke into an apartment at Copper Ridge and left on foot. A report was made.

At 3:13 a.m. police took a report on a stolen weapon.

At 7:13 a.m. police took a report on mufflers that were cut from a vehicle in the 3400 block of N. Union.

At 8:13 a.m. police responded to a report of a male chasing a female with a brick in the 100 block of S. Pine. 

At 10:14 a.m. police responded to 1025 N. Pine for someone who wanted to speak to police about a missing person case.

At 11:31 a.m. police became engaged in a pursuit with a blue Dodge truck that Jessica Wood, who is reported missing, was allegedly last seen in at 14th and Ponca. The pursuit ended in the 900 block of S. Pine. Tonya Allie, 25, was arrested on a burglary warrant and Tori Allie, 25, was arrested traffic, eluding, drug, firearm charges.

At 2:20 p.m. police responded to the intersection of Cherry and Perry for a report of a subject laying against the curb. He was transported to the hospital.

At 5:30 p.m. police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 800 block of N. 3rd Street. The vehicle was later found at Osage Casino.

At 6:42 p.m. police responded to a  report of a subject threatening another with a knife at Briar Ridge and Pecan.

At 8 p.m. police spoke to two subjects in regards to a missing person.

At 8:34 p.m. police arrested Tracy Lance on warrants at Domino’s Pizza.

At 9:36 p.m. a resident reported someone came to her apartment and threatened to kill her son. A report was made.

At 9:58 p.m. police did a follow up on Jessica Wood in the 600 block of N. Palm.

The following information is provided by the Kay County Sheriff’s Department.

May 3

At 12:30 a.m. PCPD confirmed warrants on Collins Roubideaux.

At 3:39 a.m. OKC police confirmed warrants on Rocky Bradford.

At 7:07 a.m. Ark City police confirmed warrants on Kyson Scott.

At 9:27 a.m. a deputy arrested a male subject at Jiffy Trip in Newkirk.

At 11:38 a.m. a resident contacted KSO and reported his friend saw his missing daughter, Jessica Wood, in a vehicle in Ponca City and that the friend was chasing the vehicle through Ponca City.  PCPD stopped the vehicle on S. 9th and two subjects were arrested.

At 4:08 p.m. deputies responded to a report of shots fired. A caller reported seeing four subjects leave an area on west Oakland in little white car after hearing gun shots. The caller said her dog was shot. She said the driver of the vehicle was a female. At 4:28 p.m. KSO received a report of people fighting in a pasture in the 7700 block of Riverview and that one was armed. PC comm center received a 911 call at the same time. That caller reported it was a white car and that the female driver left but that there were two males there fighting over a gun. Sheriff Steve Kelley stopped the vehicle on Fountain Road west of Allen Drive. Fort Oakland police was dispatched to the scene. Two subjects were arrested including a juvenile. 

At 5:26 p.m. Newkirk police confirmed warrants on Kassie Caldwell.

At 8:37 p.m. PCPD confirmed warrants on Tracy Lance.

At 8:57 p.m. OKC police confirmed warrants on Alicia Anderson.

At 11:33 p.m. OKC PD confirmed warrants on Deon Smith.

At 11:59 p.m. Pawhuska Police confirmed warrants on Constance Wiegman.
