Warrant still issued in child neglect case

NEWKIRK — A warrant remains issued for Katarian Passow, 30, Winfield, Kan. by the Kay County District Court.

Passow is charged with a felony count of child neglect. Ponca City police report that Passow is accused of giving birth to a child who tested positive for drugs.  Passow reportedly tested positive for meth at the time of the birth and reportedly admitted to using meth during her pregnancy. No mug shot of Passow is available.

She is described as a white female, brown hair, blue eyes, 5ft 8 inches and weighs 165 pounds. Her last known address was in the 1100 block of east 19th Street in Winfield, Kan. Bond is endorsed at $5,000.
