NEWKIRK — A warrant is issued for James David Peterson, 47, Tulsa, by the Kay County District Court.
Peterson faces felony charges of endangering other while eluding police officer, conspiracy to endanger others while eluding, throwing or dropping an object on a motor vehicle, conspiracy to knowingly concealing stolen property and running a roadblock.
He was charged with the offenses on March 14, 2019.
Kay County deputies and Tonkawa police report Peterson was the driver of a vehicle involved in a police pursuit the began in Tonkawa and ended near P Street and Fountain Road.
Peterson was released on an O.R. bond on Oct. 21, 2019.
He failed to appear for a plea docket on Feb. 22. Bond was revoked by Judge Lee Turner a bench warrant with bond endorsed at $2,000 issued.
