Blackwell police report in the affidavit that Sodowsky is accused of engaging in sexual acts with a 15-year-old at least 50-100 times. Police report the teen approached Sodowsky and asked to try drugs.

Sodowsky allegedly provided meth and the pair “smoked a bowl.” The alleged victim told police that the pair started doing drugs, both smoking and by intravenously. After a few times, Sodowsky reportedly got tired of giving the teen drugs for free and begin requesting sexual favors.

On Dec. 7, 2020, police attempted to talk to Sodowsky, but he claimed he had been exposed to COVID-19.

The charges were filed on Dec. 22 and he was arrested on Jan. 6. He is being held on $25,000 bond.
