Church burglary suspect fails to appear, warrant with bond endorsed at $50,000 issued
January 15, 2021 | CourtsNEWKIRK — A failure to appear warrant with bond endorsed at $50,000 is issued for Destynee Danielle Delano, 23, Ponca City, by the Kay County District Court.
Delano was charged on June 22 with felony counts of conspiracy and second degree burglary.
Police report that her and Branson Wayne Berry, 25, are accused of breaking into First Baptist Church. Berry was convicted on the charges in October and sentenced to seven years in prison with all but three months suspended. Anyone with information on Delano’s location is urged to call police.
