Animal cruelty suspect fails to appear in court

NEWKIRK— The Kay County District Court issued a filature to appear warrant today for Timothy Michael Hall, 31, Ponca City.

Hall was charged on Feb. 22, 2019 with a felony count of cruelty to animals.

Ponca City police report he is accused of punching a dog in the face at least 15 times. He reportedly told police he did it because the dog chewed up his Bible. Bond for Hall is endorsed at $5,000.
