Ponca City woman receives deferred sentence in child neglect cases
December 29, 2020 | Courts|FeaturedNEWKIRK — Jesyca Leigh Rosholt, 36, Ponca City, entered no contest pleas to charges of child neglect, failure to report child abuse, possession of marijuana, meth, alprazolam and a misdemeanor charge of unlawful possess of drug paraphernalia.
The charges were part of two different cases filed against her this year.
The first was filed on Jan. 15, 2020 and the second was filed Aug. 19, 2020. (see stories below)
Rosholt was sentenced to a 10-year suspended prison sentence and ordered to complete 80 hours of community service at the rate of no less than five hours per month. She was also sentenced to one year in the county jail with all but 90 days suspended.
