NEWKIRK — Warrants are issued for Landon Erick Laird, 25, Ponca City, by the Kay County District Court.
On Nov. 2, three felony counts of third degree burglary were filed against Laird.
Ponca City Police report Laird is accused of burglarizing vehicles in the 2100 and 2200 blocks of Garden Street. Some of the property was recovered including a bag that contained Laird’s wallet. Police made contact with Laird and he reportedly admitted to burglarizing the vehicles.
His criminal record in Kay County includes possession of contraband by an inmate, burglary, possession of a CDS by an inmate, and possession of meth.
Bond in the burglary case is endorsed at $15,000.
