Warrant issued for Ponca City resident
October 8, 2020 | CourtsNEWKIRK — A warrant is issued for Darin Shane Webster, 39, Ponca City, by the Kay County District Court.
Webster is charged with a felony count of distribution of obscene material.
Ponca City police report that on June 11, a Lincoln County resident contacted police and reported that Webster sent a photo of a partially nude female to a juvenile with a text message.
An officer went to an address on Comanche where it is believed Webster resides. No one was home but the officer left a card.
The Lincoln County resident reportedly told police that Webster contacted her asking if she called police.
No mug shot of Webster is available but he is described as an American Indian male, black hair, brown eyes, 6 ft. 1 and 175 pounds. Bond is endorsed at $50,000. Anyone with information on Webster’s location is asked to contact police.
