PONCA CITY — Ponca City police arrested two subjects at 10:18 p.m. Monday near the area of Emporia and Riggs following a pursuit.
Jacob Scott Grudowski, 26, and Andrew Lewis Spore, 29, both of Ponca City were arrested after police attempted a traffic stop.
The vehicle stopped after hitting a curb. One of the subjects attempted to flee on foot but was captured. A wrecker was called for the vehicle.
Grudowski was arrested on warrants that include possession of a CDS with intent to distribute and possession of meth with intention to distribute and traffic charges. On Dec. 18, 2018, he was sentenced to a 10 year prison sentence on drug charges with all but three years suspended.
Spore was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of meth and paraphernalia. On July 1, 2019, Spore received a 20-year suspended sentence on burglary and conspiracy charges.
Both will be booked in the county jail on the warrants and any new charges that may be filed from last night.
