NEWKIRK — A warrant remains issued for Danielle Dyan Burdick, 26, Ponca City, by the Kay County District Court.
Burdick was charged on Dec. 18, 2018 with felony counts of distribution of meth and conspiracy to deliver meth. Investigators report in the affidavit that Burdick allegedly agreed to sell meth to an informant at a car wash on Lake Road.
Investigators reportedly gave the informant $50 on Feb. 2, 2018. The informant then reportedly made contact with Burdick and Collin Rhys Peresko, 25, Ponca City.
The informant reportedly purchased meth from the couple who were in a black Chrysler 300. The informant told authorities that the pair were worried because they had lost 20 grams of meth when they stopped at a stop sign.
Peresko was charged on Dec. 18 with the same offenses as Burdick. He entered a not guilty plea to the charges on Nov. 25, 2019. A jury trial is scheduled for Oct. 27.
Burdick has yet to be arrested. Bond is endorsed at $25,000. Anyone with information on her location is asked to call law enforcement.
