Ponca City man faces terrorism charge

NEWKIRK — An attorney status review is set for Morris Arlen Page, 26, Ponca City, in Kay County District Court.

Page is facing a charge of act of terrorism.

Ponca City police report an officer responded to Alliance Health on July 3 for a report of a subject who would not leave.

A nurse told police that Page came to the emergency room  complaining of pain from a recent surgery. When medical workers told him they found nothing wrong, he allegedly stated,”I’m gonna blow up this place up.” Page denies the allegations. He is being held in the county jail on $50,000 bond.
