Burglary suspect fails to appear

NEWKIRK — A failure to appear warrant is issued for Bradley Wayne Green, 36, Rusk, Texas by the Kay County District Court.

Green is charged with felony counts of second degree burglary and conspiracy. 

Green and his co-defendant Timothy Ray Brown are accused of breaking into a Ponca City residence in April. (see story)

Brown was arrested last week on the charges. He is free on $10,000 bond and scheduled for an initial appearance on July 10. Anyone with information on Green’s location is asked to call law enforcement.
