Blackwell larceny suspect sentenced

NEWKIRK — Timothy Gene Fox, 34, Blackwell, entered guilty pleas in Kay County District Court to a felony count of DUI filed on May 29, 2018 and was sentenced to 10 years in prison with all but 60 days of inpatient treatment suspended.

Fox also entered a guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of petit larceny filed on May 6, 2020.  In that case he was arrested by Blackwell police on April 27. (see story) Sixty days of inpatient treatment and a $50 fine was handed down in that case.
