PCPD Lt. Fabron Porter and PCPD Sgt. Don Sloan report they responded to the area for a report of an assault.

The alleged victim told police she and Johnson are homeless and had been living in a tent. She told officers they were walking to the tent from The Bottle Shop when Johnson “freaked out on her.”

She claims he hit her in the ribs, kicked her in the head and bit her ear.

Sloan reports she was unable to speak and that she had to answer questions by writing. A nurse reportedly told Sloan the alleged victim’s ear was nearly bitten off and that she suffered several large head contusions.

Johnson reportedly denied attacking the female. He is being held in the county jail on $100,000 bond.
