Warrants issued for Ponca City woman

NEWKIRK — Warrants are issued for Anais Longoria, 30, Ponca City, by the Kay County District Court.

Longoria has three pending cases including a child abuse case filed on Feb. 5. In that case Ponca City police report Longoria and her baby, who was born on Sept. 18, tested positive for meth. She was arrested on that charge on Feb. 6 and later released on $5,000 bond. A status docket in that case is set for Aug. 16.

On June 26 two more cases were filed against Longoria.
In the first one, she is charged with felony counts of conspiracy and second degree burglary and a misdemeanor of uttering a forger instrument.
Bond in that case is endorsed at $15,000.
In the second case she is facing felony charges of uttering a forged instrument and conspiracy.
Bond in that case is set at $20,000.
