SEMINOLE – The Northern Oklahoma College Mavericks ended their season with a third place finish in the NJCAA Region 2 Tournament at Seminole on Monday. NOC (42-21) also finished in third place in the regular season. NOC (42-21) also finished in third place in the regular season.

PONCA CITY — Northern Oklahoma College tuned up for the NJCAA Region 2 Softball Tournament by hosting Cowley College in a doubleheader in Ponca City on Tuesday.

The Mavs (39-19) won the first game 8-1 and dropped the nightcap 7-2.

Duane Hunt told members that the United States Bowling Association desires bowling to become an Olympic sport and therefore are now requiring board members to complete sexual harassment, bullying training and pass a background check.
