Jan. 8
At 2:49 a.m. police arrested a subject at the intersection of 1st and Hartford.
At 10:09 a.m. police took a fraud report
At 11:29 a.m. police took a report on child abuse at the high school
At 12:13 p.m.police received a report of a semi that went through the underpass on South Ave. and wrecked, leaving debris. No damage was reported to the bridge or the truck.
At 2:14 p.m. police arrested Donavon Dean, 31, in the 1800 block of Riggs on Cowley County warrants.
At 3:18 p.m. police took a report on a two-vehicle accident at Emporia and Union.
At 3:34 p.m. police responded to a report of a male subject threatening another with a knife in the 500 block of N. Pine. A warrant request was made.
At 4:48 p.m. police responded to a report of a subject causing a disturbance at Paladin Apartments. A warrant request was made.
At 4:58 p.m. police arrested Daniel Duncan, 28, in the 600 block of McFadden for domestic assault and battery.
At 5:01 p.m. police took a report on a two-vehicle accident at Lamp Post Liquor.
Jan. 9
Police took a report at 11:40 a.m. on an accident in the 100 block of N. Ash.
At 12:28 p.m. police took a report on use of force at the intersection of Central and Pine.
At 1:54 p.m. a male subject was reported missing interference to an investigation being conducted by OSU police.
At 1:34 p.m. police took a report on a vehicle that was keyed in the Walmart parking lot.
At 4:36 p.m. police received a report of multiple juveniles vandalizing property at the Marland Mansion.
At 5:25 p.m. police arrested Marko Standsblack, 32, on warrants at 14th and Grand.
At 8:18 p.m. a clerk at Old West Liquor reported a subject came in the business and took a bottle of alcohol and told him to call the police because they would say it is fine.
A trespass warning was requested.
Jan. 10
At 2:04 a.m. police arrested Miranda Hendrix for DUI at 1st and Highland.
At 2:49 a.m. police arrested Brandon Roberts for DUI at McDonald’s after responding to a report of a someone passed out in a vehicle.
At 6:02 a.m. police took a report on threats made with a gun at McDonald’s.
At 9:07 a.m. police took a report on a stolen tag at America’s Best Value Inn.
At 12:45 p.m. police took a report on possible mail theft in the 500 block of Flormable.
At 2:27 p.m. PCPD was asked to assist deputies with a pursuit in an alley in the 400 block of west Ponca.
