PCPD logs Jan. 4-5

The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

Jan. 4

At 12:03 a.m. an officer questioned a subject pushing a bike in the area of Oklahoma and Palm.

At 7:10 a.m. an officer went to Stop N Go, 501 west Highland for a report of a found wallet.

At 9:26 a.m. police took a report on a vehicle burglary and stolen firearm.

At 9:33 a.m. an officer responded to Paladin Apartments for a report of smoke. A faulty water heater was located.

At 12:28 p.m. police responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifter who left in a white Dodge lifted truck. The suspect was identified and a warrant request made.

At 1:09 p.m. police took a report on all the mailbox lids opened in the 300 block of S. 12th Street.

At 2:26 p.m. police took a report on a stolen vehicle.

At 3:37 p.m. police took a report on theft of copper wire in the 900 block of S. 13th Street.

At 3:39 p.m. police took a report on a two-vehicle accident in the 2900 block of N. Union.

At 4:05 p.m. police took a report on a domestic reported in the 1000 block of N. Oak. A warrant request was made.

At 5:38 p.m. a subject in the 700 block of McFadden Drive reported he was robbed at gun point. Three suspects reported left on foot toward Dan Moran Park. One was wearing a red shirt, black pants. One male subject had a hat on that said DOPE. The robbery reportedly occurred at the South Ave. underpass. A report was made.

At 6:31 p.m. police took a report on a two-vehicle accident at 14th and Hartford.

Jan. 5

At 1 a.m. police responded to Turtles for a report of a subject passed out near the door. The subject was arrested.

At 1:16 a.m. police responded to the 500 block of N. Palm for a report of a subject beating on the door. A subject was arrested.

At 9:58 a.m. police took a report on theft of coins from The Renaissance.

At 10:33 a.m. police arrested Wade Hampton Kennon on a Garfield County warrant at the probation and parole office.

At 10:42 a.m. police took a report on a stolen vehicle at Pioneer Apartments.

At 11:10 a.m. police responded to the 800 block of S. 11th Street for a standby. An officer arrested James Gaulke, 65, on warrants.

At 2:51 p.m. police responded to a report of a hit and run at the intersection of 14th and Overbrook. The suspect vehicle fled east down Pioneer.

At 3:35 p.m. police responded to the 700 block of N. Lake for a disturbance.

At 4:15 p.m. police arrested a juvenile after the teen reportedly threatened to kill a subject.

At 5:10 p.m. police responded to a report of a domestic in the 900 block of Rosedale. A warrant request was made.

At 6:20 p.m. police took a report on a stolen purse.

At 6:57 p.m. police responded to Alliance Health for a report of a child with a broken arm possibly caused by abuse.

At 11:27 p.m. police arrested a Robert Plunkett, 55, at the intersection of Chestnut and Oak on Sedgeick County Kansas warrants.
