NEWKIRK — A warrant is issued for Angelia Rania Pemberton, 25, Stillwater by the Kay County District Court.

On Nov. 5, Pemberton was charged with a felony count of larceny from a house.

Ponca City police report that on Sept. 23 an officer responded to the Comfort Inn for a report of stolen property. The alleged victim told police he allowed Pemberton to stay in his hotel room because she had been sleeping in her truck. The male subject alleges that Pemberton took his wallet and vape device while he was in the shower. He told police she has family in Osage County. An Osage County deputy went to the location but no one would answer the door.

Pemberton’s last known address is in Stillwater.

In a second case pending against Pemberton she is facing a felony charge of taking receiving stolen credit or debit card and unauthorized use of a debit card. That case was filed on July 2, 2019.
