NEWKIRK — Warrants with bond endorsed over $100,000 are issued for Justin Edward Fletcher, 37, Ponca City.
On July 22, 2019, Fletcher was charged with a felony count of domestic abuse, prior pattern of physical abuse and a misdemeanor count of threaten to perform act of violence.
In that case, Ponca City police report he was arrested in the 1600 block of Donahoe on a domestic complaint.
The victim told police that he shoved her head into the wall and slammed her toe in a door.
After being placed in a holding cell at the police station, Fletcher reportedly yelled numerous times that he was going to kill his victim and “Cap all the officer’s asses!”
On March 26, 2018, Fletcher was charged with a felony count of domestic abuse, assault and battery, second and subsequent charge.
In that case police report he was was arrested at the Donahoe residence after he reportedly slammed the victim’s head into the fireplace numerous times.
On Sept. 9, 2019, Fletcher entered no contest pleas in both cases and was given a four-year-suspended sentence in the 2018 case and a 10-year suspended sentence in the 2019 case. On Jan. 23 he failed to appear for a domestic review and a bench warrant was issued. On May 19 a motion to revoke was filed. Anyone with information on Fletcher’s location is asked to contact law enforcement.
